I can't speak highly enough about Exclusively Mortgages and all that Ben and Vickie have done for me. Ben was great organising a 'Joint Borrower, Sole Proprietor' mortgage for me, keeping me informed at all times, explaining things when he needed to and getting the mortgage in place. When there were later some issues, due to the bank's system and this particular type of mortgage, Vickie was amazing. She constantly chased it up for me, was in contact with my solicitors at various times and generally fought my corner until it was all ironed out and sorted.
